Yeah, the more I think about it the better a pneumatic drawbar looks. I just don't have a compressor now and was trying to invent something that didn't require one. I do believe that that ram is single acting. Why is it, though, that my idea would require a double acting ram? Is it because there is no force to return it to the "up" position after the release? |
