I would recommend getting in touch with your local dealer and getting a full demo of what it can do. A few years back I was using solidworks and looked at Mastercam. At the time I was not impressed. It seemed rather cumbersome, but that was v9. Today with the latest and greatest enhancements I fully embrace Mastercam. I should add though that I am not using it with SW. Judge for yourself if it's the right way to go or not. |
