Its a post problem, will happen in every machine if the posts arent configured correctly.
Like chad I have had the problem in smartcam as well years ago, once I rewrote the post Correctly I never had a problem again.
If I remember correctly it has to do with the machine settings in the post under the minimum degrees of a arc , if your using cutter comp its very very touchy in how you set up the posts
Fadalerror thats funnnier than crap I always used a sewing thread needle in a drill chuck when doing stuff like that, My wife years ago told me to use a sharpie as you can adjust the line thickness by the z offset. then I just ended up going to the cadstore and bought some plotter pens modified a tool to fit in a holder and used them as you can get really fine ones. |
