hi, everybody, i am new to fourth axis i have been working on cnc milling machine for about 5 years and in this new job they want me plug and program
this fourth axis, it is never been used in any of the six fadals they had it for a while but never plugged, can some of you fadal experts help me out on how to connect it to the machine and a short sample program with the A axis moves would be very helpful I think it is just a positioning indexer withe plug for the cnc conexion so it rotates only to position it self at certain angle but it wouldnt feed while rotating, so i should be able to learn how to machine with it but any extra tips and warnings! are much appreciated thank you for sharing your expertise. |
