are you trying to run a double lead thread with different pitch diameters?
if not what are you trying to attempt?
I am guessing that you are altering the program between threads?
Have altered both the N90 line to reflect below?
N90G00X.270Z.20
and the N100 line to reflect the below?
N100G78X.205Z-.700P0325Q0120F.035
If you are altering the thread cycle between threads make sure these two lines are correct if they have wrong numbers this may caues problems? |
I didn't write the other chase line yet. I was going to turn the major diameter to get it ready for the 2nd thread. I want the same thread (1/4-28) on the back as I have on the front. but it won't let me make hte major diameter
