Just build it | | Hi all,
In my first post I mentioned that I was thinking about importing a small inexpensive cnc out of china, because although I'm able, I felt I just didn't have the time. I've gone right off this china machine idea, because after talking to a few mates, I reckon I don't want to have to pull the thing apart and rebuild it from the ground up before I can actually use it. I found this website called "Crocky's website" where he shows photos and gives a few details on his cnc home build. This guy and his cnczone mate rock, and the materials they're sourcing locally look to be a good way to go also. I'm going over to Linear Bearings in Rocklea, Brisbane today and have a look at their products. If I'm lucky, I can start my build next week. |
