Nice reply, I agree with just about everything you say.
We are very small business and sell to other small business, generally our customers are engineers and can see through the smoke and mirrors tactics of the big manufacturers. We use our own in house pc based controller ( with inbuilt THC) and generally make good kit ( I know this because I am an engineer not a salesman, granted the we had a simple plate riding roller that was wrongly described as ATHC
).
