Need help with Strippit Helios Laser | |
We have a Strippit Helios 2000w laser. Had a power failure a couple of weeks ago and it seems we are having a proble with the software now. Strippit seems to be of little help. They just want to send out a service tech with the possibility of the computer having to go back to the main office to get reprogramed. With all of this cost, this is making it easy for us to get a whole new control system(retrofit). In the mean time, does anyone have any experience with OS2 operating systems. Want to try and program the missing file that was in the control system untill we can have the system retrofitted.
