maching extruded Plexiglas | |
Has anyone had any experience machining extruded Plexiglas stock? I've machined cast Plexiglas which lends well to machining, but the extruded type turns into a gooey mess when when the end mill cuts into it. I tried to freeze the stock but to no avail. Any help would be apperciated.
