I'm going to say that you either need to have the software already in your version of IPS (and shows those tabs) or that you'll need Macros to make it work. The pricing is under Control Options:

User-Definable Macros. MACRO $2,295.00
As was already mentioned, you could do it yourself, but after buying those two options to make it work, would it be worth it?
FWIW: I saw the price on that kit. Between that and other costs of setting it up, I wouldn't do it.
