Depending on the version and age of the machine, you can add "X" amount of RAM to the empty socket in the motherboard. "X" being equal to the original ram installed on the motherboard in both size and type.
There are numerous techniques to square a hole, most limited by the configuration of the machine. If you have a "C" axis you can do this with an aggregate. If you have a tool changer you can program smaller diameter tools to reduce the corner radii. Note that the later technique will only get your corner to a raduis equal 1/2 of the diameter of your cutter. If the feature is hidden ( not visible or not aestetic ) you can simply over shoot the edge at least 1/2 of the cutter diameter to get a squaring effect.
