First, thank you for posting such complete (as far as I know it's cmplete
) example. I have taken your equations and put them in an Excel spreadsheet. My goal is to get your help in confirming/authoring the spreadsheet to a final form, then convert it to a php web form for universal use.
Please have a look and let me know if this would be something your would want to work on.
