We have had a few failures on some machines, now as soon as we get a new haas in the first thing we do is slow the arm down and hadn't had a problem since doing this. It is not noticable in the cycle time and sounds to me much nicer. If I can remember right it is param 469 factory setting is 1470000 and i have been changing it to 1000000. we also check the oil level monthly. |
