Wind the spindle up to top speed, take off the little cover under the rear pulley (three M5 screws). Undo the M10 hex head holding the spring up (don't worry, the load will all be gone by the time she drops). Undo the two M10 caps holding the motor down, lift the motor out.

Reverse to refit. |
