Hello Everybody, My name is Rhoades,Bruce i bought a used practical cnc machine with a plasma cutter. I cant get the machine to home or o out on the y or x axis. i had a buddy come over and we spent 2 months trying to figure this out ,i have bobcad and flashcut cnc software and we beleave that the guy who sold this to me didnt give me all the software and i'm not mad any more i need to move forward he lives 9hrs away i drove there to pick it up and should of done my homework befor. any way i have looked for new soft ware for my table and these big companies tell me to sale my machine and buy thiers , I Beleave that thier is a way to make this work i just need a little help from someone like you guys who actually are willing help me .
Is there a kit that i can buy that is easy to use and install ,new controll boxes , stepper motors,and cad and cut software,i would like to keep my table its 4x8 and a nice alm table, i am a hobbiest that does a lot of metal work with my welder and benders,sandrail frames,rollbars, lightbars,its fun for me and i really want to get into the next step and exspand my projects


P.S. I thought practical cnc went out of busn, iwas reading some of your articals on the front page and said to myself this site is awsome i need to join THANK YOU EVERYBODY for all your input and hope oneday i could actually help someone with what i learn from reading the forum THX
