Just a quick update on this. I purchased an internal and an external Glanze indexable threading bars (from Chronos) they cost around 20ukp each, about 32 usd I think. They arrived quick and work beautifully.
I,ve now made a few threaded items and still improving but generally they all work well as threads. Thanks again for all your help
