After talking to Jim this morning it was determined that the dates of the get together should be the 25th and 26th of Sept. instead of the 24th and 25th The thought is an informal get together Friday afternoon/evening and a full day on Saturday of sessions on software, materials, bits and whatever else anyone has questions about.
It should be quite a time. I am really looking forward to it.

The dates in this post has been overtaken by events and are no longer valid. The Correct dates are now 2 & 3 Oct.
