I was also hoping that they would be less- around =/> 20 grand.
Just think how much they are going to be after the spindle upgrades, extra spindals, extra tool holders, axis addistions, software upgrades....
I am still strongly considering getting one however. I guess they see a market need that no one really has a product for, so they can charge a bunch for it. Or maybe it just cost alot to get smaller components to do the same jobs and cram it in a small space?
Does anyone know of a similar machine that costs a little less? Ones that is self contained, small, quiet(er than most), thats powerful with alot of features. These machines would be perfect for my needs but I dont know if theres anything else like them to consider. |
