Need Help!- Ikegai FX20N Hydraulics does not turn on(fanuc 5T)

I have acquire an Ikegai FX20N but I do have a partial list of the parameters and would like to know if somebody has the parameters list to send them to me.
Also I would like to know if someone had the problem I am having with the installation, I turn on the machine from the main switch, the hydraulics is not ON , but I supposed it would turn on at the time I hit the control ON button, still it does not turn on.
I have fanuc 5T manuals and Ikegai wiring manual and it says it (Hydraulic motor) will turn on if contactor MS3 is on, but is not on, then going back in the process contactor MS3 is turn on by a 24V relay called SB(but is not) and IT DOES NOT TURN ON. SB 24V relay is supposed to turn on with a signal that comes from the NC (at turn on I would guess). Cables are ok, I already checked continuity.

So, as you see, I need the parameters, because I do not know if a mixed up paramater is preventing this signal from coming on and also would like to know if someone has face this problem before and have some pointers I can follow.

By the way, I do have a ready led on and no alarms whatsoever.

I can move both axes with no problem, but I can not turn on the coolant or turn the tool station, which from what I read they are both also started by the 30 amp CB2 switch
