Hi Parker,
Did you try change the poles of power supply lines?
Maybe your machine was installed with SCR servo drive unit.
Then you must set phase angle of Power line,or not servo dances.
Good luck!
I tried all of the parameters that were sent to me, and they don't work for my machine, though my z-axis servo now dances around until it kicks a fuse. Also, does anyone know if the spindle will not run without the correct parameters? Mine has an encoder on it, and i'm wondering if it has something wrong with it, or if it could also just be parameters. The contactor clicks when the foreward or reverse spindle putton is pressed.
Thanks again guys for all the information you have shared with me!

Hello Sung,
I just saw you reply as going to bed, I will try tomorrow, hopefully this works! Otherwise, I do have the original manuals for the machines coming, which hopefully solve the problem. Do you know if incorrect parameters would prevent the spindle from operating? It is a dc spindle motor, with an encoder.
Thanks so much!

Hellow Parker,
Incorrect parameters would prevent the spindle operating.
Do you have electric circuit drawings?
Could you send me the drawings if you have?
Best regards!
Hello Sung,
I currently have no papers on the machines, the man I bought them from had three of them, but only sold me two. He was going to get the books copied, then mail them to me, so I don't have anything right now, but if I cannot get anything figured out after I get the book, I will draw up a schematic.
Thanks again!

I can copy parameters ,i also know how to make these machines accept very large offsets and i have the hidden parameters 01 02 04 05 for the control.
what year??
