This is getting old, I can't seem to fix this problem. I balanced the converter (250, 250, and 246v with spindle off). Turned the amperage down to 7a on each axis (was 8a on z, 8.5 on y and 8 on x). The transistor still failed! It happens when turning the spindle on (or off?). I turned it on and off about 5-10 times and checked it and it was dead. I noticed with the amp clamp on, when I turn the spindle on, the amperage drops way down briefly on the x and y, but the z holds steady. Now I'm out of transistors and I need to run this thing this weekend
