Someone here where I work once told me there is some 90 degree tool for Mills using Bevel Gears, however i have never seen it nor used it nor know who makes it. Maybe somebody here will know what I'm talking about or maybe that person was just talking out there post-pie hole. Any chance you have a picture of where you're trying to get this hole? I don't quite understand the decription maybe with a picture someone can come up with a way to do it not involving a 90 degree drill.
