I have a BT35 spindle, all my tooling is Nikken, but my machine has a manafacturers sticker on the head that says use only Matsuura 35 taper tooling!
There are loads of different pullstuds, the manual for my machine has a drawing of the stud. I found a site listing pullstuds and the dimensions, I couldn't believe there wasn't some sort of standard. Kitamurea and Matsuura use different pullstuds. If you buy tooling and end up with any of the pullstuds to suite my machine let me know, they are easy to identify they have a .539 diameter knob. |
