I was able to download v5.50 last night and get it installed. A couple of things to think about, which I did not.....
I forgot to save my tool library so guess that is now gone. As it usually goes, I thought of that at the same time I clicked the button to uninstall the old version. Oh well, I only had a couple tools in it as I am fairly new to the SC program.
Don't forget to have the hardware key file in the same directory as the new install files. The first time I installed version 5.50 it did not find the hardware key and wanted one to register online. The second time I had the files in same directory but also had a _??online??.exe file in the directory. As things go the installer grabbed the online registration file so as they say the third times the charm!
I ran the program and loaded a couple prior projects and all looked fine. Evenings are way to short so did not have time to try anything else.
