The tough little Taig mill comes WITH a vise and some drills/end mills. It is turn key with some assembly required. Bolt together and square up mill, bolt on motors, (all are the same) connect cables and PSU box. Connect computer cable and install Mach3. Start making chips.
You will need a 6 foot straight-thru male/male DB-25 serial cable to connect it to your computer, and a big red Estop switch:

You will also need at least Mach3 (DG1 has it at a discount) and maybe a cam program like D2nc:

You can add more tooling as needed.
Just make sure you get the Gecko mill--The other one may have unreliable electronics. There are mill options from DG1 like home/limit switches. You will need at least home switches.
Depending on what you make, you may also need CNC 4th rotary axis. You can always add that later--G540 control box is already wired for it.
Here is a list of Taig acessories--some of which are for a lathe:

This place has some Taig stuff too:

If for any reason, this does NOT work out for you, it IS a highly popular item and you can recoup much of your investment by selling it on ebay.
