My wife owns an industrial sand blasting company and does artistic glass sandblasting with the used media from the industrial side.
We use chromium slag / grit from nearby mines and this stuff is vicious!
We found that stainless nozzles last only a few hours. Find a shop that does wire EDM, buy some tungsten carbide rod, EDM the nozzle holes and fit these to any cheap Chinese gun. The nozzles we make this way last months before they need replacement |
