well, the last machine I made was totally out of L&T printers. I bought four for about $10 each. They gave me 80ozin motors(mae unipolar), power supplies, ground rods- 20", timing belts etc...
It was a disaster cause it wasnt aligned properly, but it worked. Id rather not post pictures of it. Instead ill post pics of a Micromat machine which I will copy is the machines on this link dont work out :

meanwhile Im working on the controller. three motors from Jon are on the way. Another set of three Geckos shall be ordered tonight. Deskcnc also.
