Hello,
We would be interested in looking at your project.
We have 2 large 5-axis routers and routinely machine MDF, jelutong, mahogony, and various urethane tooling boards (see photo).

We could view your STL file but for machining, we would need some other CAD format such as IGES, STEP, X_T, or native data such as SolidWorks, Catia, ProE, or UGII.
