David, are you sure you need that .1mm (.004") tolerance? Specifically, the 320mm dimension between the legs. If it's welded, that tolerance will not be realistic, and even worse if the parts are bent. Which leaves us with machining the entire thing, which will be very expensive.
My suggestion, if it's at all possible, is to relax the tolerance on atleast that one dimension so it can be formed on a press brake after machining. I think that's the least expensive way to make this part. |
