I was wondering if someone could help me with the 4 wires from the encoder. on the board there are holes 1 thru 5 hole 5 not occupied, hole 1 is red wire hole 2 is white hole 3 is green and hole 4 is black then there is 5 prongs from the optical sensor soldered to the board and they are marked B, VCC, A , NC , GND, if I follow the path on the board red wire goes to B, white wire goes to VCC, green wire goes to A, and black wire goes to GND and I am using gecko 340s I also have a pittman servo with a HEDS 5310 encoder with a ribbon type connector can I replace the ribbon connector with something else or should I get an adapter for it from some place.
