My boss just ordered a TM 1P. CNC milling is a totally new world. We have an old Bridgeport, and a 10 month old Haas SL 30 lathe. Can anyone reccomend a basic starter package of toolholders etc. to pre order for the new mill? Is there a general preference of one type of collet flange over another?
