It is for a model aeroplane. The liner was turned by hand and the ports were then milled (by hand) using a 3mm endmill. The final finish on the bore was done using an aluminium lap.
The cylinder and crankcase are halfway there.
No CNC machinery used anywhere - maybe oneday. |
