Try the Mach Group site if all else fails.
I have not looked into the Mach/Galil interface, but am familiar with Galil, and in the Mach, I would assume you need to set up a M code of your choice that should then send either a SBx or CBx, Set Bit/Clear Bit to the Galil card to turn the output on/off.
