Actually i also want to buy dual head laser before.
But i still couldnt imagine to set up two laser on one axis.
could you send a picture of machine laser head?
is that machine has 2 datum or only 1 datum?
do you already check the focus of your laser?
and set the datum corectly?
if all correct, try to engrave using vector base, not using bmp file.
btw, what laser software do you use to communicate between PC and machine?
If your cut move out of the box, is it move far away or just 1-2mm?
if just 1-2mm, you could adjust your lens and mirror. it happens on my machine before.
try to laser fire on top corner left-right, bottom corner left-right, center, and othe 4 spot on machine when adjusting the mirror and lens. all must be fire in correct position. |
