The same pins as any other 6-pin in-circuit programming I would have thought. IF you are not using the low voltage programming mode then /MCLR (Programming volts) on pin 1, +5v on Vdd, ground on Vss, ICSP Clock on pin 27 and ICSP data on pin 28.
These pin numbers are different from the 20pin devices, many of which dont have a low voltage programming mode.
I'd read the data sheet and application notes carefully to be sure...
