Hi Mariss,
Thanks for looking at this. I have already done all of these things EXCEPT the only setting I have in my bios is 'EPP/ECP'. I would like to use the charge pump but if my PC has a problem then, oh well. I will look for a link on opening the G540 case.
I had to change the ESTOP setting in 540B.xml to 'active low' or Mach3 would not reset.
