I also have a problem with the LG900 | | I was working on the LG900 (pci, LaserCut v. 5.0)without any problem. I just engraved a logo and was working with the software with the machine on, drawing some shapes and adding a bitmap image when suddenly the software started calculating and behaving strange. I thought it could be the softare, and I even completely formatted the hard drive of the pc, reinstalled windows xp, reinstalled the laser card drives, reinstalled LaserCut 5.0 and the dog. After reinstalling LaserCut, I did not change any parameter. This did not fix the problem. What happens is this: I start the laser, open Lasercut. Everything is OK so far. I can move the laser head on x and y and z from the software, no problem. If I hit datum on the pc, the laser head moves to 900,600 just fine, but then hundreds of windows pop up saying “data exceeds working table”. I have to close Lasercut. When I open laser cut again, the laser head starts moving diagonally to 0,0 and hits the table, trying to continue to move on that direction. The only way to stop is pushing the emergency button. The buttons at the control panel in the machine do not work either. Other problem is that if I draw any shape, for example a rectangle, the machine starts to calculate immediately and the laser starts working without me pressing the “begin” button, and the laser does the same shape over and over again. The only way to stop the machine is through the emergency button because nothing else works. Since I reinstalled the software even formatted the hard disk and reinstalled windows xp, it does not seem to be a software problem. How can I correct this? Of course this happened in the middle of a production Thanks in advance for any input. Sorojchi. |
