Ok, well, sometimes companies that don't sell directly to the public can be slow to respond or just don't bother with us "little fish". Maybe they will eventually respond.
Download their product catalog if you haven't done so and look at the specifications of their other stepper motors that look like yours. Chances are good that you can figure out the wiring of your motors and their specifications that way.
