im using 3/4 inch diameter mild steel at 2mm pitch thread. i also tried copper at 20mm diameter at 14 TPI.. still overlapping...
are these matls too big to thread in a c6? this was no the case a few weeks ago when we had 8mm dia x 1.4 mm pitch threads and it was fine.
i see the MACH3 uses flag only for indexing.... hmmm.
