Finally I got it running without loosing steps.
And then I decide to run motor using smooth steppers WOW
(that's table test not on machine)

Steps per 10000
Velocity 1474.8 inch/min :-)
Acceleration 30.6 inch/sec

I did change resistor to 2.4K
