That's good news. I think that Kerry ( Ballard ? ) is one of the original founders of the company. Maybe success got to his head and he lost touch with his clients. At least your message got through to someone and they did some butt kicking. With Tormach and Syil in the mix, they will need to make sure every machine going out the door is ready to run. |
