It sounds like maybe your display has shorted out. There is a reported problem with some of the SX3's where the display gets shorted out. If you got it from Syil America I recommend you contact them about getting a replacement. You will need to ensure that the replacement is insulated properly so it won't end up the same as the original. Richard at Syil America should be able to help you out with information etc. to get it fixed. Once you get it fixed you may want to look into buying some CAD/CAM software to create the toolpaths for the X3. You can do much of the g-code manually but it is so much easier to use a CAD/CAM program for this.
