I wouldn't be too worried. Excitech's are good machines, we've sold a few of them ourselves. The language barrier with the factory could be an issue. But with the help you'll get on these forums, I think you'll be all right. If you need anything, I'll help you any way I can.
My advice is, be patient when going through the learning curve. Don't expect in all to absorb in one day. However, the machines are really easy to use. My background is in signs, every since I was about 7 or 8 years old. I have used all kinds of plotters and routers, and now I make routers. And the Excitech machines with the DSP handheld controller are well-suited for the average sign shop (though I wish you'd have bought one of ours
