power interrupted = power was off wasn't it.
If the machine homes, you are 95 percent of the way there, meaning that the control and drives are working.
If you go to want to use the handwheel, you need to select that, select an axis and select the interpolation factor. (how fast or slow it will go when cranking the handwheel a given amount).
If your travel limits were messed with, you should get a soft travel limit alarm.
Do you have the operating manual? The rest of the manuals?
Maybe to feed with the joystick, the spindle must be on. To feed in rapid, you need to be in manual mode and press the center button in the joystick.
