Has anyone out there ever seen this? I have a 1996 VMC-15 with TSC that doesn't open far enough to get a tool holder into the spindle taper. I have had the drawbar, belleville washers and drawbar retainer # DRB-0004 out and reinstalled. Everything looks good, as does all of the o-rings and seals.The piston looks to be moving in full motion, but as I look into the spindle, the drawbar looks like it needs another .060" of travel to open the retainer balls far enough to get the tool holder in. This started out just dropping tools randomly and has gotten progressivly worse. Where should I be looking to find the problem? Any help is much appreciated.
