Purchase of Lazy Cam Pro. | | Thanks Richster,
You're absolutely right it was the licence which I have now purchased and Lazy CAM is doing what its supposed to.
The attachment shows a gear set that I have cut. The wheels were all cut with the desired outside and inside offesets, using Lazy CAM.
One little item - from time to time I don't get all the entities in the chain where I want them and no amount of "clean" or "optimize" will change it the way I want it. I have had to go back to CAD from time to time to get the dxf to come accross in a way that works. The issue is that I want all the teeth of a gear to be in one chain - only in that way will the offset be reliable. Any hints on how to control the entities that are included in a chain?? |
