Hey guys I cant get the machine out of e-stop so there is no hand wheel movement. I can only move the axis using overtravel release. Dont know what else to do, I took the limtr apart and make sure its ok but the 1006 alarm (Z -torque limtr trip condition) still would not go and machine in e stop. Although it says Z torque lmtr could it be the X axis problem because a tool holder crashed on the sub spindle of the tailstock when it was moving in X and Z or coluld it be the tailstock problem beacuse the alrm also says tailstock breakway. Dont know if anyone can help, would be back to work on Monday to try again or get a service guy in. |
