I got it working for a couple of days, then i accidentally incorrectly wired a stepper motor in and blew one of the drive boards. The other 2 i had, both blew for no apparent reason after working for quite a while each (possibly the board has a really bad heat sink). I instead bought a 3 axis controller off eBay and am running it from my computer instead of using my arduino board. When googling the AlienCNC boards it turns out most people recommend against using them. |
