Also, try as much as possible to keep a tool path going. Don't pick up the tool and move to start a new path in a different direction. Use radii (1/2 the diameter of the bit) to make inside turns also. Some machines don't like square inside corners. I'm not sure I explained it right. Email me if you have any questions. Or call. |
