They are from Neutrik this a 5 pole type I think they have 6 poles or more.
I have connected them by axiz letter X Y Z, and the rest poles is for end switches, I use common ground for the switches and only four cables from each motor so I only need this three connectors.

http://www.rcmodels.net/cnc/ to the Zoltar designer Chris Reinder he only sells the plans and maybe some small parts I think this is the most economic way to learn and use CNC technology, common handheld tools can be used no need for expensive tools or machine shop.
